A list of potential parcels in Lahontan was compiled by Bryan Raydon, real estate agent.

The list was approved by the Owner and reviewed and analyzed by the primary teamand narrowed.

The lots on final list were then view in person by Lezley, Erik and Bryan.

Each site was evaluated by location to amenities, views, solar, snow accumulation,
traffic, neighboring homes, setbacks and site features; this was balance by cost.
